Riccardo Paterni as speaker at Motorvalley Fest and Motorsport Club 2026 in Modena

On May 29th, the Laboratorio Aperto in Modena hosted Motorsport Club 2026, an event organized by Global Marketing Architecture and powered by RPM Italia.

The day brought together companies, professionals, and motorsport stakeholders with a specific goal: to strengthen connections between the Italian and British industries, fostering new business opportunities, technological collaborations, and shared growth.

Creating synergies to develop the motorsports of the future

In a sector where innovation, rapid development, and specialized skills are key factors, the value of relationships becomes a strategic asset.

The event focused on this very concept: creating concrete synergies between companies and professionals to increase B2B opportunities, continuously raise technical standards, and foster increasingly effective technology transfer between different industrial entities.

This approach fully reflects RPM Italia’s mission: connecting people, skills, and businesses to generate new growth opportunities for the entire motorsports ecosystem.

A strong presence from the RPM Italia network

Numerous companies from the RPM Italia network actively participated in the event with dedicated spaces, confirming the vitality and quality of the entrepreneurial network represented by the association.

Among the participants present with exhibitor booths were:

  • Smiths High Performance Italia
  • Italtecnica
  • Pistal Racing
  • Meccanica4M
  • TH.E
  • Human Resources Services Motorsport & Engineering
  • System Electronics
  • CIMA
  • Aviorace

Added to these were other important companies represented throughout the day, including Dino Paoli, Andreoli & C., MindUP – Enhancement Psychology, Synergy Pathways, and, of course, Global Marketing Architecture.

High Performance Coffee Club: The Value of Meetings That Generate Opportunities

During the day, Riccardo Paterni, introduced by Matteo Costariol of Global Marketing Architecture, presented the High Performance Coffee Club initiative, a series of regular meetings that is increasingly involving professionals and companies in the high-performance engineering ecosystem. The project was created to create informal yet high-value networking opportunities, fostering lasting relationships, sharing expertise, and developing new industrial collaborations. This format perfectly embodies one of RPM’s founding principles: often, the best opportunities arise from conversation, direct discussion, and the sharing of experiences between professionals who work in different contexts but face similar challenges.

Riccardo Paterni then highlighted the roots and future of RPM, which concretely represent a theme that has been emphasized repeatedly at various Motorvalley Fest conferences and during the introduction to Motorsport Club by Andrea Potremoli (President of the Motorvalley Foundation) and Vincenzo Colla (Vice President of the Emilia-Romagna Region and Councilor for Economic Development, Green Economy, Employment, Training, and International Relations): synergistic ecosystems of entrepreneurial and corporate development to generate growth in the motorsport industry and the related knowledge and technology transfer to other related sectors.

RPM’s proximity to the Silverstone Technology Cluster and the structural and development inspiration it has drawn from it were also highlighted. In this regard, the collaborative and development relationships between Italy and the United Kingdom, which are one of the defining characteristics of Motorsport Club, were highlighted.

Energy, Relationships, and Growth

This year, Motorsport Club 2026 was once again much more than a simple networking event: it was a meeting point for people united by the desire to build the future of the industry through collaboration, innovation, and the sharing of skills.

An atmosphere characterized by energy, professional friendship, and a desire for growth, confirming RPM Italia’s increasingly central role in fostering valuable connections within the Motorsport Valley and in international relations with the main ecosystems of the high-performance industry.

RPM at Motorvalley Fest 2026: ecosystems, people and innovation

Every year, the Motor Valley Fest represents one of the most significant moments to reflect on the future of automotive, mobility, and industrial innovation. RPM Italia participated in the 2026 edition, confirming its role within the Motor Valley ecosystem.

Leadership, Well-Being, and Growth: AWA’s Perspective

As part of the festival’s initiatives, Riccardo Paterni spoke on behalf of AWA – the Automotive Women Association, participating in the roundtable discussion “Well Being – The Next Step of Leadership – Employee Satisfaction & Work Psychology.”

This discussion brought together companies and professionals from diverse regions and industries to address one of the most crucial issues for organizational competitiveness: the relationship between people’s well-being, professional growth, and the ability to innovate.

In his speech, Riccardo shared AWA’s perspective, which is based on concrete action and the implementation of projects that foster collaboration between women and men within the automotive sector. This approach aims to create real and lasting change through discussion, ongoing training, and the valorization of diverse skills.

Particular attention was paid to the value of the connection between AWA and RPM Italia. This bond demonstrates how collaborative ecosystems can become growth accelerators, fostering the emergence of initiatives capable of generating impact for the entire sector.

The Pit Stop Experience conquers the Motor Valley Fest audience

The Motor Valley Fest was also an opportunity to bring the public to the center of the action thanks to the new edition of the Pit Stop Experience, promoted by AWA together with DSV – Global Transport and Logistics.

For the entire duration of the event, visitors were able to experience first-hand the experience of a real racing tire change, putting themselves to the test with professional tools and experiencing the precision, speed and teamwork required in motorsport.

An initiative made possible thanks to the collaboration with DSV, Dino Paoli and Giordano Motorsport, which transformed Piazza Libertà into a meeting point between passion, technology and high performance culture.

The Dino Paoli instruments, a global point of reference for professional motorsport, were the protagonists of the experience, allowing participants to concretely approach one of the symbolic activities of the world of competitions.

Motorsport as a Model for Innovation

Participation in the 2026 Motor Valley Fest once again confirmed that motorsport represents much more than an industrial sector: it is a cultural model based on collaboration, speed of execution, continuous improvement, and the ability to transform challenges into opportunities.

Values ??that RPM Italia continues to promote every day through its network, connecting companies, professionals, and organizations that share the same vision of growth.
