MindUP and the organizational perspective in Reinova

The MindUp program in Reinova has reached the evolutionary level of organizational dimension, the functional aspect of Enhancement Psychology is applied to an organizational perspective as a living and dynamic entity in itself.

It is an innovative way to frame, develop and evolve in a balanced way individual and group factors that affect the dynamic interplay between performance and sustainability (ensure that consistent active improvement of performance is sustainable over time). This is particularly interesting in Reinova’s extremely dynamic, evolutionary and customer service centered context.

Conference. E-Valley: the transition to electric in the land of motors

Invited by Reinova we have participated to a conference held in Rimini (Italy) relevant to the current work-in-progress within the traditional Italian Motor Valley, deeply rooted land of motors, towards a new sustainable mobility.

It has been enlightening to realize in how many ways institutions, companies, universities and professionals are cooperating in order to channel the traditional creativity and competencies towards the new era characterized by change, challenges and opportunities shaping a sustainable economic and social growth driven by synergies.

Quite timely and intriguing a book (in Italian) written and presented by Massimo Degli Espositi by the title “E-Valley: volti e storie della terra dei motori” (E-Valley: portraits and narratives from the land of motors) featuring several companies case studies pointing out the dynamics and innovation originating from a land traditionally rich in creativity and competencies to technical challenges.

As Synergy Pathways we are proud to contribute to the fulfilling the potential of these rising opportunities in many ways: focusing on generating and facilitating synergies among companies, institutions and universities  at the national and international level, facilitating and promoting RPM Motorsport network business development activities and ensuring innovative ways that enable the full consistent expression of talent through our program MindUp- Enhancement Psychology.

Moveco Italia team-building activities completed for the next stage of organizational growth and development

Moveco Italia is an organization progressively growing and affirming itself as a reference in its field. We have contributed to the development of the organization by guiding training projects focusing on expanding and valuing at best core competencies for strategic and operational growth.

We completed the 2021 team-building sessions taking the organization to the next level of growth and development through activities carried forward in the unique welcoming historic premises of Casa Biancalana .

MindUP at the Historic Minardi Day 2021

Riccardo was present at the Minardi Day 2021 edition. The MindUP method was born in the world of motorsport: Lorenzo Baldassarri (MindUP co-founder with Riccardo) developed the protocol by working with one of the current most highly rated drivers in Formula 1 during his formative karting years.The motorsport roots give substance and practicality to the MindUP method: data driven, performance focused.

MindUP in search of young karting talents

MindUp methodlogy has been shaped, tested and refined in the Motorsport field, karting in particular. We have ensured the expression of top talent by liberating energies, focus and emotions to positively and consistently boost it.
 
Our data driven method generates a solid parallel with the data driven learning and improvement that is by now is integral part of driver training beginning with the early stages of an unfolding career.
 
For this reason Lorenzo and Riccardo have visited the South Garda Karting track in Lonato to meet very young drivers talents to concretely support a methodical, data driven, approach to an integrated way to manage and develop mental trainng for high level consistent performance.
