Synergy Pathways begins TS2 Engineering internationalization project towards India

Riccardo has visited TS2 Engineering headquarters in Orvieto meeting the founders, the management team and visiting overall operations. The project entails a market feasibility study relevant to several areas of development in India for TS2 Engineering products and services.
Targeted business development actions will follow the feasibility study. The project will benefit from the network of high level widespread connections that Synergy Pathways has been developing throughout the years in the industrial, telecommunication, defence and biomedical fields throughout India.

MindUP – Enhancement Psychology: Integrated Mental Training in motorsport focused on performance and driven by data for the enhancement of individual skills

MindUP – Enhancement Psychology is a mental training project developed and promoted by Synergy Pathways, member of Rpm Motorsport Network. We collect biometric data while the performance is in progress in order to develop an evaluation of the driver to identify the improvement areas to be optimized and the critical areas to be strengthen. The improvement program provides a personalized approach for the driver in order to enhance, maintain over time en constantly improve performance; at the same time we pay particular attention to preserving the psychophysical well-being of the athlete.

We recently implemented our Enhancement Psychology program for gentlemen drivers. We integrated the MindUP protocol with the advanced and innovative biometric and telemetry data detection software developed and provided by another member of RPM: Redway Technologies & Communication in their professional simulation center in Padua as shown in the pictures.

It was a day of intense and fun training that led all participants to concretely identify and begin to act on the fundamental factors for improving their performance: the Basic Functioning of the athlete personality.

This is an example of unique innovative projects that can be developed by the integration of unique competencies and experiences present in RPM Motorsport Network.

Conference. E-Valley: the transition to electric in the land of motors

Invited by Reinova we have participated to a conference held in Rimini (Italy) relevant to the current work-in-progress within the traditional Italian Motor Valley, deeply rooted land of motors, towards a new sustainable mobility.

It has been enlightening to realize in how many ways institutions, companies, universities and professionals are cooperating in order to channel the traditional creativity and competencies towards the new era characterized by change, challenges and opportunities shaping a sustainable economic and social growth driven by synergies.

Quite timely and intriguing a book (in Italian) written and presented by Massimo Degli Espositi by the title “E-Valley: volti e storie della terra dei motori” (E-Valley: portraits and narratives from the land of motors) featuring several companies case studies pointing out the dynamics and innovation originating from a land traditionally rich in creativity and competencies to technical challenges.

As Synergy Pathways we are proud to contribute to the fulfilling the potential of these rising opportunities in many ways: focusing on generating and facilitating synergies among companies, institutions and universities  at the national and international level, facilitating and promoting RPM Motorsport network business development activities and ensuring innovative ways that enable the full consistent expression of talent through our program MindUp- Enhancement Psychology.

MindUP at the Historic Minardi Day 2021

Riccardo was present at the Minardi Day 2021 edition. The MindUP method was born in the world of motorsport: Lorenzo Baldassarri (MindUP co-founder with Riccardo) developed the protocol by working with one of the current most highly rated drivers in Formula 1 during his formative karting years.The motorsport roots give substance and practicality to the MindUP method: data driven, performance focused.

MindUP in search of young karting talents

MindUp methodlogy has been shaped, tested and refined in the Motorsport field, karting in particular. We have ensured the expression of top talent by liberating energies, focus and emotions to positively and consistently boost it.
 
Our data driven method generates a solid parallel with the data driven learning and improvement that is by now is integral part of driver training beginning with the early stages of an unfolding career.
 
For this reason Lorenzo and Riccardo have visited the South Garda Karting track in Lonato to meet very young drivers talents to concretely support a methodical, data driven, approach to an integrated way to manage and develop mental trainng for high level consistent performance.

Riccardo Paterni at the directing board of MotorsportNext event pre-production

Interesting experience while working on the pre-production of MotorsportNext Innovation and Technology Transfer Global Forum that will go in streaming on June30th.

A learning experience while being at the directing board (representing RPM network) and working with a focused group of professionals from Autopromotec, Federica Masolin (Sky F1 Italy) and Tim Angus (Synergy Pathways associate).

It will be a forum featuring unique contents that markedly highlight, through applied case studies, the relevance of Motorsport industry’s engineering, organisation and mindset to develop innovation also for many other fields: aviation, aerospace, marine, biomedical, micromobility.
